Welcome to Transcend Healthcare Staffing Solutions! We are based in Winnipeg, Manitoba and home to 49 Healthcare Workers that includes Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Healthcare Aides.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide support to Healthcare facilities throughout Manitoba through reliable, compassionate and trustworthy healthcare workers. This idea was born during the 2020 Novel Corona Virus Outbreak in Long Term Care Facilities and Hospitals. If we can bridge staffing support to facilities, then we can better provide quality and holistic care to our residents and patients.

The founders of Transcend Healthcare Staffing Solutions are all women RNs from different fields such as: Long-Term Care, Dialysis and Health Administration. We are very involved in ensuring quality care is provided in all departments of healthcare. We are Women empowered to be the voice and advocate for both patients, families and health workers.

Transcend's team of nurses came from different specialties, such as, Cardio, ER, LTC and Dialysis. Our Pillars of being Reliable, Compassionate and Trustworthy makes us unique and allows us to be a positive force wherever we go.
